We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with a plentiful supply of drinking water. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve our daughter's forgotten shoes. The location was great, with many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a mall and railway station.

The staff were very responsive to any question or situation. Parking is covered and safe.

Breakfast could be improved - although caters to many cultural needs. For a hotel in a tropical country, the fruit selection was basic [papaya, watermelon and unripe pineapple]. The western breakfast choice was adequate. Room service was good in quality, delivery time and cost [for a 5 star hotel]. Laundry was somewhat expensive but well presented.

Restaurant. Lobby international restaurant and 2nd floor chinese restaurant,both good.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, making it a great base for exploring. Many business centers are nearby, making it perfect for work-related stays. the immaculate hotel offers a fantastic view of the city, and the food is exquisite.

The service provided by staff is subpar, as they seem inexperienced and uninterested in assisting customers.

Excellent hotel facilities, great breakfast with many tasty food choices, great service, excellent gym, good WiFi.

I recently stayed at a luxurious five-star hotel in the heart of Semarang's business district. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the best restaurants and shopping malls. I loved the elegant and spacious bathroom, which featured branded sanitary and a nice bathtub. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of traditional Indonesian and Western dishes to choose from, and the staff was always helpful and attentive.

There were some negatives aspects to my stay. One of the downsides was the inexperience of the reception staff, who failed to provide me with all the necessary information about the hotel.

Spent my new year here! Lovely complementary drink & snack upon arrival, plus a free room upgrade. the location was perfect, very accessible to many nearby attractions. Enjoyed the views from the room, especially the fireworks display from across the city.

The towels in the bathroom were old and stained, and the furniture in the room was outdated. the breakfast could have been better, not enough options for a 5-star hotel and the dining area was dull.

the room was exquisite with its elegant decor and private facilities. The impeccable service was impressive and the location was well placed in the heart of the city, making it easy to navigate. Despite this, we found that this hotel fulfilled all our luxurious needs and provided an exceptional guest experience.
